Raw Food World has regular ‘”At Cost” specials and coupon codes. It’s a good way to try some of the more exotic things without breaking the bank. And they often throw in a sample or two.

raw chocolate!!!! I have to eat a little of it every day.
I can’t do without garlic.
I’m utterly hooked on coconut. Coconut oil, coconut butter, coconut water, shredded coconut, flaked coconut, coconut flour… It’s all good!
My can’t do without raw food would probably be avocados or greens.
It’s hard to pick just one. I think maybe nuts would be one I would not want to go without.
